IT Service Desk Support Engineer

Duties

Together with your IT Service Desk Team colleagues, you will be responsible for end user support for IT-related technical questions and issues:
- You will install, configure and test IT infrastructure - both the hardware and the software;
- You will provide the security, backup and archiving;
- You will ensure the quality and performance of the systems (network, computers, printers, etc.);
- You will assist in the support and follow-up of projects at home and abroad;
- You will support your colleagues from the IT Application Support teams for the systems and applications developed in-house.

Profile

- You should be a graduate/bachelor in computer science;
- You must have a practical knowledge of hardware and software applications (Windows environment) and networks, preferably acquired through previous work experience;
- Service and flexibility mean something to you, while solving problems and optimizing systems give you satisfaction.
