At the end of October 2007, the recruitment newspaper Jobat published the list of companies who have earned the right to call themselves a Top Employer for a full year. And for the first time… the Picanol Group has been included in this prominent list!

Top Employer is a yearly survey conducted by labour market research bureau CRF in eight different countries. Based on independent research, CRF determines which companies excel with respect to five criteria that influence employee career decisions: primary and secondary labour conditions, education and training opportunities, potential for internal promotion, working conditions and atmosphere in the workplace. Thirty-five companies in Belgium have been awarded the title of Top Employer België-Belgique 2008. Only those companies which satisfy a strict set of selection criteria earn the right to call themselves a Top Employer for a year and to use this exclusive registered stamp of approval on the labour market. 

The Picanol Group has achieved excellent results! It was awarded four stars in the domains of working conditions and fringe benefits. For its primary labour conditions it received no less than five stars, the highest score possible!

The results will appear at the end of November, together with a number of interviews with Picanol Group employees in the book Top Employers in België 2008. This book will be distributed on a large scale amongst final year students and applicants. For more information: www.crf.com
