The Board of Directors has produced a Corporate Governance Charter as a comprehensive and basic reference tool on the Picanol Group’s governance. The Corporate Governance Charter of the Picanol Group was approved by the Board of Directors on 3 February 2005. It will be reviewed on a regular basis. Important amendments will be explained at the occasion of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting.
